Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It offers great comfort and support to the body, improved blood, lymph and other flows (like nerve conduction) to the growing and changing pregnant body. It supports the mothers mood, improves sleep, decreases stress, all of which translates to endorphin release that is supportive to fetal well being.
Postnatal Massage
Postpartum massages usually include many of the same elements of regular massages. Women who get a massage after giving birth will likely notice numerous benefits to their body and mood that are associated with massage in general.
Lymphatic Breast Massage
